Every path this machine holds under /source/local/ for the signed-in user of the bound world, with each file's size and the total.

Walks the tree with vfs.list and reads each leaf for its length, so what it reports is what is actually there rather than what a record claims. Paths come back in path order, so two calls are comparable.

It is the survey half of the pair: list to see what a session made, persist to move a piece of it into the world.
