Drain and review the frames a record-mode watch caught. The report is a DISTRIBUTION — every caught frame grouped by its dominant hotspot — so a scene that hitched twenty times over twenty seconds reads as "these three causes", not twenty separate anecdotes. All times are EFFECTIVE (the agent's own execute cost is excluded). Draining clears the buffer, so a subsequent hits returns only what was caught since. The snapshot is stored under a label, so you can drill into any cluster afterward with frame <label> or hotspots <label>. Arm the watchdog first with watch <ceilingMs>.
