The roster — every top-level skill this world knows, with the one-line description it advertises itself by.

Each row's name is the address skills.invoke takes. Rows come back built-in first, then by name, so the engine's own skills lead. Pass scope to see only builtin, world, or library skills.

Subskills are absent by design: they are reachable only through their parent, and invoke on that parent names the ones available.
