release
Put a skill down.
Opening a skill holds it: the skill and the subskills under it ride your tool responses, each subskill marked as you open it, so the passes still to run stay in front of you across a job that takes many calls. Release is how a finished job says so and takes those lines back.
Releasing a parent releases the subskills opened under it — those are passes within the same job, and letting go of the job lets go of its passes. Pass no name to release everything you have open.
Naming a skill that is not open raises with the ones that are, so a wrong guess returns the correct spelling.
Returns
{ released, open } — how many skills this released, and the addresses still
open afterwards.
