answer

Answers a request a workflow run is waiting on. The run resumes from where it parked and decides for itself what comes next; answering does not steer it. Pass the request id from workflow.next and the value the request asked for, as a table. When the request carries a schema, the value must have that shape: a value of any other shape is refused with the field and the shape expected, and the request stays open to be answered again. Returns true when the run took the answer, and raises naming the request and its state when it cannot (an unknown id, an answer the run already read, a run that has ended, a failed or cancelled request).
