Replace the answer to a workflow request before the run reads it.

workflow.answer settles a request with its first answer. When that answer turns out wrong (an unmeasured figure, a garbled line), workflow.correct puts the right one on record in its place, as long as the run has not read the answer yet. The value is held to the request's schema exactly as the first answer was.

A run reads an answer within a moment of it being given, and from then on it carries on from that answer: a correction after that is refused with a message naming the request and saying the answer was already consumed. The run's log records every correction it took.
