Keeps a claim on a workflow request through a stretch with no engine calls: the claim's lease starts over. The lease counts from the last tool call the claiming session makes on the engine, so a session that is working keeps it anyway. Whoever took the request with workflow.next calls it, and the notice that a claim is about to run out names the call.
