start
Starts a run of a workflow by name. A workflow is an asset: a program that holds the shape of a job and decides every step of it. Starting returns immediately with { run, workflow, state }; the run is already executing and parks at its first question, which arrives through workflow.next. Pass optional args, a table handed to the program as its args; what a workflow expects is listed in its manifest (workflow.list, or assets.describe). Raises when the world has no workflow of that name.
workflow.start("lighthouse")
workflow.start({ name = "lighthouse", args = { instance = "wfrt" } })
