Create a new world on ZeroMind. The display title is passed positionally and a URL-safe name slug is auto-derived from it (lowercased, runs of non-alphanumerics collapsed to underscores, capped in length); an explicit slug can override the derived one. Options also cover visibility (public or private) and owning the world under an organization. Creation registers the world and warms the caller's access rights, so staging, committing, and swapping into the new world work immediately afterward. Returns { guid, name, title, visibility }: the new world's GUID, the resolved (possibly slug-derived) name, the title and the visibility.
