Live broker dashboard primitives

Adaptation of the installed MERIDIAN TERM ZeroMind trading dashboard. Reuses its navy terminal palette, inline SVG line/area charts, icon, compact KPI typography and bordered controls. Static stock symbols, sample prices, demo curves, order book and placeholder account statistics were removed. chart(history, keys, height, width) draws only supplied history; empty history renders an awaiting-data label. Numeric axes normalize the complete observed range, including downward sessions. No financial decisions occur here.
