RAINLINE coastal circuit
Continuous capsule road uses rainline.shared track contract, y0 with 20m road width. PBR generated asphalt/concrete. Batched static engineering geometry includes curbs, drainage, rails, lamps, grid markings, gantry and service apron. Detailed generated garage, crane and basalt breakwater preserve the reference industrial coast setting. Animated CoastalOcean surface shader is cosmetic ocean only; true shallow track water compute is a separate water slice. Root scene builder must instantiate this sceneModule directly inside its build capture (nested SceneModule component children failed serialization in current engine).
