The ES module graph for zerojs: evaluate-once semantics, namespace objects, and cycle detection, parameterized by a host resolver so it stays asset-agnostic. evaluate walks the dependency graph depth-first from a root id, evaluating each module body once through the interpreter's module entry and caching the frozen namespace in a per-VM registry keyed by id. vm:evalModule is the public entry.
