What it does

gridKit.shapes

The geometry of the four grid shapes in a board's own space: geometry(shape, cols, rows, size, diagonal?) returns cell-to-position and back (toLocal, fromLocal), cell corners, neighbours, distance, footprint rotation, bounds and the list of cells. Square and iso use columns and rows; the hex shapes use axial coordinates in a rectangular (offset) layout. Pure math, used by gridKit.board and GridBoard.
