What it does

buildPlaceKit.lang

Every word the kit shows a player, in English and Brazilian Portuguese. Lang.t(key, values) reads a line in the player's language: a world's own /locales/<tag>/buildplacekit.json first (through i18n), then languages added with Lang.define(tag, words), then the kit's tables, then English. Lang.pieceName, styleName, ghostName, menuName, snapName and categoryName name catalog entries the same way, falling back to the name a world's own entry was defined with; Lang.code(code, values) turns a refusal code into its sentence. The menus, the controller and the deciding machine's refusals all read through it.
