Vice City, devolved.
What if GTA VI had arrived in the PlayStation era? Explore a compact open-world Vice City as Lucia and Jason, pull a liquor-store robbery, switch driver and passenger roles, and lose the police in a stolen getaway car.
Play the demake
- Explore connected streets with pedestrians, civilian traffic and several vehicle types.
- Take on courier deliveries, car thefts and a checkpoint race, or roam freely.
- Fight with a pistol, SMG or shotgun. Police pursue on the road and on foot; getting wasted returns you to the hospital.
- Spend your earnings on repairs, resprays and healing.
Watch the reveal
The 90-second intro recreates the first GTA VI trailer across 47 shots, from Leonida's sunrise and prison interview to Ocean Drive and the masked robbery.
For recording, choose Options → REVEAL: TRAILER PS1, then Watch Reveal. This mode uses the supplied trailer soundtrack with subtle downsampling and bit crunch. Switch to DEMAKE for the alternate soundtrack.
PlayStation-era presentation
Low-resolution rendering, snapped vertices, affine textures, reduced colour depth, dithering and chunky interfaces give the city its demake look.
