characterController.install
Install the CharacterController, Locomotion, and MovementState components on an entity, optionally with a third-person camera child. An optional preset supplies default property values, and user overrides layer on top. The operation is idempotent per component — running it twice on the same entity leaves already-present components untouched — and the camera child, which targets the owning entity, can be skipped for NPCs that don't need one. The entity must already exist; the result reports the entity and the camera child's id when one was created. The installed character answers the player's controls once it is bound as the local player's body (layers.active.players.localPlayer.avatar = entity(id)); otherwise it stands still until something writes its CharacterController input bus (inputX / inputZ / inputJump).
