Generates a validation report with structured filtering and formatting behind a single options table, so one call can scope the pass, filter the problems, choose a render format, and optionally write the result to a file. Scope selects the world, the libraries, all of it, or one named library; severity, category, code, source, and path narrow which problems are kept, and a limit caps the count and marks the result truncated. Format renders the report as human text, markdown, JSON, or just the summary, and a save path writes the rendered report to disk.
