Validate a world's authored content — the cargo-check equivalent for scenes, scripts, and assets — and report what's broken.

Run a pass over the world's own content, which is the default (everything under source except the libraries), or widen it with scope: every imported library, one named library ("library:<name>"), or the world plus every library ("all"). Generate a report with structured filter and format options — scope, minimum severity, category, code, path pattern, source, placeholder inclusion, a problem limit, and a render format (human, markdown, JSON, or summary) — and optionally write it to a file. Or ask for just the one-line health summary with no problem list. Each pass returns the validation report alongside a one-line summary.
