Runs a validation pass over the world's own content (the default scope; scope = "all" adds the libraries) and returns only the one-line health summary and a pass/fail flag — a quick health gate for scripts or PR templates. Takes the same filter options as the full check, most usefully the switch that ignores the placeholder-check noise.
