assets.describe

Agent-facing inspect surface. Resolves assetName the same way a search hit's name resolves, calls asset.inspect for the structured record, and renders it to markdown via modules/asset_inspect_render. Pairs with assets.search (search -> describe).

Named describe — never inspect — so it is never confused with the asset.inspect code API (one letter apart is a trap).
