reify
Shared helper for the assets toolbox: turn a live runtime GPU resource into a persistent asset.
A resource made with renderer.mesh.create / renderer.texture.create lives
only on the GPU — no asset, no stable identity. This module reads it back from
the GPU, encodes it into the engine-native payload, and writes a real asset via
asset.create (the GPU→CPU→encode→create path asset.create does not do on its
own, since it is disk-only).
The reify recipes are a table keyed by asset category, so a new resource category
is one entry rather than a code fork. Current recipes: mesh (ZMSH via
renderer.mesh.readback) and texture (ZTEX via renderer.texture.readback).
Consumed by assets.new (one resource) and assets.fromEntity (every runtime
resource an entity carries). Not an agent-facing tool.
