What a world has resident of its detail right now, and why a chunk, tile, cell or LOD level is not on screen.
Four systems decide how much of a world stands at any moment — terrain's LOD
cut, a voxel world's chunk meshes, spatial streaming's cell store, and mesh
LOD's level selection. resident reports all four in one reading: the totals,
the per-terrain LOD cut, every voxel chunk with what became of its mesh build,
every streaming cell with what it costs, and every LOD receiver with the level
it draws at.
whyNotDrawn answers about one piece: an entity, a voxel chunk, a mesh-LOD
level, or a streaming cell. The answer is one reason from a closed set with a
detail line naming what it is about — for a chunk whose mesh build the engine
dropped, the engine's own message.
Both read the systems' own state rather than the components' fields, so a voxel world that stands with the right block count and draws nothing reads as what it is.
