Run the engine test suite from inside a live engine and triage the results — the baseline-then-regression loop, without leaving the session.

List every registered test suite (optionally with test counts) to see exactly what the runner and CI will execute. Run everything, one suite, or a subset — each suite runs through its own cooperative coroutine so multi-frame tests yield correctly — and get back structured results plus Markdown and JSON reports written to the VFS. Compare two JSON reports to surface the failures that are new since the baseline, which is how you catch regressions a change introduced. The lower-level framework for authoring suites lives in the test module and the testSuite asset type.
