zm.commit
Materialize the currently staged tree as a new commit with the given message, checkpointing the world's content. Following git semantics, it takes only what has already been staged and does not auto-stage dirty paths, so stage first. On success it returns the new commit id once the commit is on the branch. A commit that waits on derived outputs (a material's preview computing) is sealed: it is waited for, up to wait seconds (90 by default), and one still sealed then, or whose output failed, raises saying it is not on the branch, what it waits on, and that zm derived retry, zm derived provide or zm unseal moves it. A commit is a local checkpoint; publishing it to others is a separate push.
