Blockbuster 767
README.md
planeTexture
The toy 767's paint, drawn a pixel at a time.
One 1024×512 atlas carries every surface of the toy: the fuselage wrap with its
window rows, cheatline and spine stripe; the wing and fin skins with their red
tip bands and the fin roundel; the nacelle wrap and fan face; the wind-up key;
and three flat paints for the parts that want one colour. planeGeometry's
Geo.UV names the rectangles and this file paints them, so paint and geometry
read the same table and cannot drift apart.
The toy has been PLAYED WITH, and the wear pass at the end of each paint is what says so: the nose is rubbed back where it has been landed on and speckled with scuffs, the belly is scraped along its length, the wing and fin tips are chipped where they have caught a table edge, the nacelle lips are nicked, and the key's bow carries a bright ring where fingers wind it. A soft large-scale grime mottle sits over the hull, wings, fin and nacelles.
Consumed by game.art.planeAssets, which bakes the finished canvas into the
toy767_atlas texture the paint and metal materials both sample.
