fix(coinfall): the machine feeds the relic token that reaches the relic pool A relic is offered by pushing a token over the ledge, and nothing but the debug hook ever put a token on a bed -- so the whole pool was unreachable in a real run. The live machine now feeds one a few seconds into every quota.
