dotbot: one refresh per Claude sign-in across engines (a credential lock beside the stored sign-in, the store read again under it), the credential saved whole to a file of its own and renamed into place, and a 401 refreshed and the call made once more; a 403 names what was not permitted (DotBot #509 #522 #523); plugin.wasm built from DotBot build/zero-plugin-509-merged (f55af378: main a1c77835, which carries #537, with DotBot #494 0ecc2b97 on top as the previous build carried it)
