dotbot: plugin.wasm built from DotBot main 4a1b5e27 (OrigoZero/DotBot#690; wasm32-wasip2 release, sha256 d9c6aae6...5312c273d, 51061659 bytes): every Claude prompt-cache breakpoint asks for the hour, one life per conversation, so a pause past five minutes no longer re-writes the whole history (DotBot#684, #685, #686; OrigoZero/zero#19786). On top of 01M5DM4RY0H5; plugin.yaml unchanged
