dotbot: a turn a usage window stops continues on its own at the reset, in the world it was working in, and a spent reading holds no session up (OrigoZero/DotBot#646, closes DotBot#645); the panel never closes the composer for a usage limit, asks a usage answer again once its staleAtUnix passes, shows a waiting turn's continuation with Continue now and Cancel, and gives a refused message back to the composer; plugin.yaml exposes continuations, continueNow and cancelContinue; plugin.wasm built from DotBot main 0c462dd1, wasm32-wasip2 release, sha256 f2ebd810...4ef454dbcb, 50879361 bytes
